Dammit, I paid for this wireless access and I'm going to put it to good use! I'm in a hotel room in Chicago, here on a business trip (read: comic convention). It's been a pretty entertaining week, capped off by the fact that the wheels are seriously in motion now to buy my mom's house. Yes, I'm going to be a homeowner! (Pay attention, Beavis) I'm actually psyched. The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced it's a good idea. Brooke and I will have a place of our own, room to actually spread out our belongings, we won't be throwing untold money away on rent every year. It's shaping up to be pretty sweet. Details as they unfold.
Meanwhile, I've emailed out my comic pitch and breathlessly await a reply. Confirmation one way or another may come as soon as this weekend. Especially considering I'll be in the same room as the guy who I need an answer from. Bear in mind, it's a very large room.

Posted by: Wolf on August 12, 2004 11:56 PMHey Justin. Hero House rocked my socks off. And I don't know if you saw my away message, but earlier this week my cell phone completely reset itself, losing every number I had stored in it. Of course, I did not follow Andy's advice to back up the data on my computer. All I remember is that your number is 845 something. Please email/IM whatever your number to me at some point soon.
