We moved into the house this weekend, thanks to the help of the Wizard staff. Man, those comic dorks can lift things like you wouldn't believe. :) It's still a little weird being in the new homestead, but the more we unpack and set things up in our own way the better it gets. But man, there's still a lot to do. But at least we're officially out of the old place.
The comic creative team continues to be assembled, bearing striking resemblance to the first half hour of Ocean's 11, as I put together my crack team. Luckily, it looks like funding is going to be less of a problem now, and I've nearly officially lined up a comics superstar to do an alternate cover on issue 1. I'm still unbelievably nervous and overwhelmed by all this. If anyone knows an entertainment lawyer who'll look contracts over in exchange for free toys, please send them my way.
Speaking of nervous, if Bush wins tomorrow I'm no longer in a position to threaten to move to Canada, but I may secede my house from the nation. My only worry is the ghost of Abraham Lincoln. That bastard's tenacious.
