Well, things in general are better. My depressions tend to be extremely short-lived, like a passing depression breeze. Work, however, continues to suck ass, and will do so for the next two weeks. On the bright side, these will be the worst two weeks of the entire year. Operation - Get a Life phase 2 is very much in full effect. Wish me luck, not that it helped the first time.

So, things are actually fairly depressing at the moment. Nothing in particular is wrong, but work has taken a sharp left turn towards being a bitch, and...well, things have been better. All this comes in the midst of a trend towards motivation, so hopefully I can get some writing and/or future planning done before I run out of motivation, despite the general malaise I'm feeling right now. Wish me luck. At least I don't have any condoms in my drain.
They finall put one of my TTT's up online. Check it out. Page 1 Page 2
So I got to see a play in the city for free last night, which is cool. It was made even better by the fact that the play was fantastically cool. It was called Avenue Q, but it might as well have been called "Honors House, The Musical" for the amount of relevance it had to my friends and I in our current lives. The first line of dialogue sung onstage was "What do you do with a B.A. in English?"
Anyway, it was a spot-on Sesame Street parody (complete with absolutely amazing puppetry), except it was Sesame Street with lessons for 22 year olds, not 2 year olds. I guarantee that if the people I know went to see it, there wouldn't be a dry eye in the house by the end of "Why Can't I Go Back To College?" Plus, I think we've all already met the characters the Bad Idea Bears ("Have a Long Island iced tea!")
If you happen to be in New York and you're fabulously wealthy, do go see it.
And if you happen to be in a comic shop tomorrow or thereafter, do pick up this.

Happy birthday to the lovely Mrs. Brooke Aclin.
As for updates to this thing, I'll do one this week and hopefully finish the wedding story. Remind me to talk about the cop and about getting lost in Long Island.

I've often wondered, "Do I have what it takes to be a cartoonist?" If "what it takes" is artistic talent and wit, the answer is no. If it's MS Paint, the answer is "At my mom's house." With that in mind, here's my attempt at a cartoon. Tell me what you think, si vou pleas.
